Fslview
Fslview is a lightweight and flexible image viewing and masking tool developed by the FMRIB centre of Oxford University. It has been developed for multi-platform use and is fully opensource.
Fslview is continually evolving but to-date its features include
the ability to:-
- View multiple image overlays.
- Create masks and edit images.
- Plot functional data.
- View DTI images.

To report bugs then please write to fslview-bugs@fmrib.ox.ac.uk
summarising the nature of the bug in the email
subject header. Please also state the version of Fslview that is
exhibiting the bug. The version number of Fslview can be found by
opening the Help menu and selecting the
About FSLView option.
