PoC R3.1 distribution content

The following list is the list of packages for the PoC R3.1 distribution.
The PoC R3.1 distribution is an update to the PoC R3 distribution, including an upgrade to RHEL 5 (vs RHEL 4 for PoC R3).

All packages from the original 32-bit PoC R3 distribution are still available in PoC R3.1 but some packages have been updated to the latest version and are available as 64-bit packages only.
